Q: How do I gain access to my digital album?
A: Once photographer releases the album a email link will be sent to you. Keep this email save it as a favorite so you can go back to it time and time again.

Q: What if deleted my email with the album link?
A: Send Mimi a email and she can resent the link to your album

Q: How long does it take for a album to be released by photographer?
A: Depends on the quantity of the album. Wedding/Quinceañera sessions about 1 - 2 months, Family/Seniors sessions 6-12 days until the photos will be released to client. 

Q: How many sneak peaks do I get? How fast will I have a sample of my session?
A: I try my best to get previews out to my guest the same day, but they do have my watermark on them, if you want to share them on your personal media please tag my photography page or #generousphotography

Q: Can I get prints from Generous Photography?
A: I provide a digital album and printing release to all my clients, so clients can print their photos where they like (I.e Shutter fly, Walmart, Walgreens, Snapfish ect..)

Q: Will my photos have your watermark on them?
A: No your digital album will be free of watermarks. Watermarked photos are strictly for branding purpose’s to help grow my business. 

Q: Will I get RAW photos as well as edited?
A: I only provide clients with their edited photographs.

Q: What parts of the Minneapolis metro area do you provide service to? Do you charge extra for travel?
A: I provide service for Hennepin County, Ramsey County primarily, anything 20 miles from headquarters will have a travel fee included. and that will discussed during booking.

Q: What happens to my deposit if I cancel my session?
A:  Deposits are non-refundable, only exception is if I am unable to make it due to an unforeseen emergency. You can not cancel and receive a refund as I will have turned down other potential business to hold that time and date for you.

Q: Is there a discount for repeat clients?
A: Possibly :) 

Q: Are deposit required?
A: Yes, deposits are required for any event (something that has to be a specific date and time like a wedding or birthday party). I take a 50% (percent) deposit to book me, remaining 50% due the day of the event. 

Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A: Cash, CC ( with a fee), Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and local checks. 

Q:Do you shoot video as well? Do you have a drone?
A: Generous Photography does have a partnership with a videographer that comes at an additional fee.

Q:Do you have a studio?
A: My current studio is located inside my home, headshot’s , miles stones and some other sessions are available in studio. Primarily outdoor photographer. 

Q: Can you come to my house and take photos?
A: Yes I offer, at home sessions. I bring my equipment to your home and set up. Requirements for backdrop is 8ftX8ft space inside your home. If backdrop equipment is brought to your location a $25 fee will be added to your session.

Q: What equipment do you use?
A:I shoot with professional Canon equipment and only professional lenses. For my studio, I use professional monolights, backdrops, and light modifiers.

Q: What languages do you speak?
A: English, American sign language and hablo español.

Q: How do you do with clients with children/individuals with intellectual disabilities?
A: I have worked with many individuals with special needs, during booking these are things that me and client will go over. I am very patient and willing to take extra time for those needing it at no adaptational charge.
